Restore your vehicle’s upholstery and cabin surfaces with detailing designed for classic and luxury vehicles.
The Go-To Experts for Classic and Luxury Vehicles
Carpets can be easily damaged by substandard cleaning. Remove ingrained dirt and stubborn stains through low-impact techniques that protect your fibres.
Your car’s seating is its most visible feature. We’ll rehydrate ageing leather and clean fabric upholstery with UV-blocking products.
Combat oxidation that leads to a faded, brittle dashboard. Our commercial-grade conditioning products are suitable for both stiff and foamed dashes with ABS, PVC, leather, and even wood coverings.
Poor headliner detailing can lead to de-adhesion and mould. We focus on low-impact, water-free techniques that maintain the appearance of your headliner without compromising its integrity.
Your steering wheel and clutch are essential parts of the driving experience. Clean off built-up grime, rehydrate both leather and vinyl, and protect them from UV radiation.
1.
Discovery
Each detail begins with an in-workshop discovery session.
We’ll inspect your vehicle’s current condition and discuss the level of interior detailing you want.
Once we understand your requirements, we’ll provide a fixed-price, itemised quote for your review and approval.
2.
Detailing
Once you’re ready to move forward, schedule a time to drop your vehicle off at our Logan workshop.
We’ll photograph and video all surfaces (including the engine bay) while you’re on-site for insurance purposes.
If we do discover any underlying damage during your detail (such as rust or mould), we’ll always contact you before making any corrections.
Minor damage can generally be corrected in-house, but, for more complex repairs, we’ll refer you to a specialist we trust.
We’ll never outsource repairs we’ve promised to do ourselves or drive your vehicle anywhere without your explicit approval.
3.
Inspection
Once your vehicle’s detail has been completed, we’ll contact you so you can conduct a pre-handover inspection and drive it home.
Find out how our restorative detailing can revitalise your paintwork without invasive treatments.
An interior restoration and an interior detail are similar but slightly different services.
A standard detail focuses on maintenance and protection.
A restorative detail includes the same steps – cleaning, conditioning and protecting – but delivered in a more intensive, deliberate way.
The goal: to restore your car’s interior to ‘factory new’ through non-invasive techniques and material-matched chemicals (while still preserving desirable traits like leather patina).
A restorative detail normally involves fully removing all seating and carpets to carefully detail each component, and can take dozens of hours to complete for a classic or vintage vehicle.
An interior detail does more than clean surface dust and dirt.
It’s about enhancing your driving experience – making your car feel like the high-end, finely crafted machine that it is.
That’s especially important if you spend a lot of time behind the wheel or with passengers.
A restorative detail also combats oxidation, which means hard and soft surfaces stay intact and protected from UV damage for longer.
Add in the health benefits of a dust-free cabin and the premium a well-maintained vehicle commands when it’s time to sell, and it’s clear that a professional detail once or twice a year is a smart financial investment.
Swirls on your paintwork after a substandard detail can be buffed out.
But pulled carpet fibres, oil-stripped leather, a scratched dashboard – they can’t be fixed easily, especially if the materials in question are fragile or exotic.
It’s why choosing the right restorative detailer for your classic or luxury car matters so much.
You need a workshop that approaches your vehicle with the time and care it deserves, carefully removing all components and selecting products that won’t degrade your interior.
It’s why we exclusively work with commercial-grade brands like Aero – and why each one of our restorative detailers has at least 5 years of detailing experience.
Find out how we can help get your vehicle back to looking its best.
We’ve spent the past 17 years perfecting our restorative detailing techniques to a level appropriate for luxury and classic vehicles. That commitment to quality underpins all our work, which is why we’ll never offer services that we don’t specialise in.
If your vehicle does require significant repairs or replacements, we’ll typically refer you to an expert we trust. (We can also coordinate the repair process on your behalf.) When damage is minor and easily corrected, we may undertake repairs in-house with your approval.
Most plastic damage occurs as the result of oxidation, a chemical process caused by UV radiation and heat. When interior plastics like PVC and ABS absorb UV/heat energy, the polymers that form those plastics begin to break down – which, over time, leads to that brittle, faded look common in older cars. Hydrolysis, another chemical reaction caused by moisture and humidity, accelerates plastic aging.
Oxidation can’t be fixed. Instead, we use commercial-grade products from brands like Aero to penetrate and rehydrate oxidised plastics. That corrects fading and chalkiness and adds a layer of UV protection to reduce further oxidation. For all intents and purposes, your older plastics will look and feel factory-fresh.
Our workshop is located at 23 Chetwynd Street, Loganholme QLD 4129. Most of our customers come to us from Logan, South Brisbane, or the Gold Coast, but we welcome classic and luxury cars from anywhere.
Reupholstering a car seat is expensive – especially if you’re repairing a classic vehicle with discontinued parts. It’s almost always fast and more cost-efficient to have an experienced restorative detailer clean, condition, and, if necessary, repair your seats. An upholstery shop will often charge anywhere from $800 to $2,000 to reupholster a single seat, and that price can go up if you need to material- or colour-match exotic leathers or vinyls.
It’s also worth keeping in mind that a ‘factory new’ look isn’t always desirable for classic or vintage vehicles. Modern buyers often prefer gracefully aged interiors with patinas that speak to their history. A freshly upholstered seat will often look stark and clinical, especially if you haven’t replaced the rest of the interior.
The only time you should think about reupholstering a seat is when it’s too damaged to restore through detailing. When we conduct an initial inspection of your vehicle, we’ll identify any unsalvageable components and, if necessary, refer you to a specialist upholsterer.
Choosing the right products matters – a lot. We consider factors like:
Typically, we opt for commercial-grade products that deliver the kind of highly effective, long-lasting results our customers want. Finding the best products, though, isn’t easy, especially given how many different options there are in-market. A key part of our research process is regularly attending the SEMA Show in Las Vegas (the largest auto trade show in the world), which features hundreds of leading vendors and bleeding-edge innovations.
